Sanda is a Chinese combat sport similar to Western Boxing or Muay Thai. It is a high intensity, fun and exciting workout that based on the rich traditions of Chinese martial arts. Our Sanda classes focus on building technique, footwork and coordination. Advanced students will progress to throws, locks, and ground techniques.
