Shaolin Kungfu is the foundation of all Chinese martial arts. Originally developed by Buddhist monks, Shaolin Kungfu is a form of “active mediation” that is deeply connected to Chan Buddhism. Shaolin Kungfu is fast and and elegant. Students learn stretching, stances, kicks, jumps, movements, and empty hand and weapons forms.
